I truly enjoyed my two years I spent living here. The apartments are super spacious with top of the line appliances. The community is very quiet, well kept, gated, etc. The people who live at the Ravines all seem to be very respectable and friendly people, and truly actually felt like you had neighbors.

Moving in was very smooth. Everything was ready, easy to manage, clean and love the area. Going up stairs was tiring but I love it here.

I have lived here for some time now, and have really enjoyed it! Every resident is very friendly, and it makes for a great community. The front office is very responsive and easy to work with as well. I worked with the manager throughout the application and move in process, she made it super easy! She was happy to answer all of my questions that I had. Apartment prices are much better than many other places near Polaris, with more sqftg as well!

Best maintenance department anywhere. They are very prompt and friendly. I feel confident when I have an issue they will get it fixed correctly. If I could give them more stars I would!
